Our Cuisine
We have a very unique array of items on our menu. There are traditional Mexican dishes such as enchiladas, chimichangas, and fajitas. Then there are Mexican-themed dishes with a twist of outside influence such as the Mexican Pizza, Mexican Rolls, and our Famous Wet Burrito. Our chefs Nilo and Rudy are originally from Oaxaca, Mexico. It is a city known for its rich sauces called mole`s. Ingredients such as the guajillo chile, fresh cilantro, and chipotle are utilized in our various recipes. We also feature many tradtional American favorites. Our gigantic half-pound burger is becoming revered as the best in town. No matter what your tastes are, you are sure to find something you'll enjoy on our menu.

The Restaurant
Our restaurant accomodates a wide array of tastes. You may sit at the bar and enjoy a couple of brews while watching the local sports game on one of our flat screen high definition televisions. Bring your family in for a great meal at a reasonable price. Stop in during your lunch break for a quick bite to eat. Inside we have tables that seat anywhere from 1 to 6 people. Occasionally we can combine tables to seat groups of more than 6, be we can't always guarantee it. There are 20 seats at our bar, where you may eat as well. For larger parties we have a pleasant outdoor patio with 4 tables that seat up to 8 each. The patio has a television as well as music. If it gets a bit hot, ask your server to turn on our misting fans to cool you off. In the event it gets a bit chilly (believe us, it can!) as for a portable heater to be turned on.
